This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the 10th floor of The Brighton Tower within Kingston Resort. Brighton offers a unique blend of residential comfort with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and provides the following amenities:

* Sleeping Arrangements: 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds with fresh pillows and crisp white linens. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room

As part of the Brighton community, we adhere to certain regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for all:
- No smoking in the building
- Adherence to South Carolina's laws regarding illegal substances including Marijuana
- Pets are only permitted for owners (penalties apply)
- Respectful and orderly conduct is expected at all times
- Barbecue grilling and fireworks are prohibited at all times including holidays
- Motorcycles and trailers are restricted beyond the guard station
